EDIBLE LANDSCAPES PERMACULTURE DESIGN AND CONSULTING
OCT 2020 - APRIL 2021
Available online or in person! This 72 hr course is the international standard for permaculture education. Taught over 6 weekends (no classes in February), this course is designed to learn at your own pace from an expert in Canadian prairie permaculture though the course does cover all climates in detail.
Learn how to use the moon's phases and positioning to guide when and what to plant to ensure the optimal success of this year's plantings! We'll be sharing tips and tricks of our ancestors, and providing you with a unique view on how the moon's cycles can affect all areas of our life.
This course is an in-depth look at the plants briefly covered in my plant walks and foraging tours, as well as an extensive guide to growing unique edible perennials on the prairies. We will cover botany, how to save seeds, propagate cuttings, where to source plants and how to grow them using permaculture techniques for the best possible outcomes.
