Come and see the plants in the fall so that you can better recognize them again in the spring!
Location: Fairy Hill
Come for a 2km plant walk and learn about local wild edible and medicinal plants in the Regina area!
While hiking through a natural preserve North of Regina, you will learn:
The basics of foraging (wildcrafting)
How to identify many local plants and their families
The medicinal and culinary uses of local plants
How to identify common poisonous plants
This workshop will highlight plants/seeds available in the fall. The hike is not strenuous, but does involve walking on uneven ground so sturdy footwear is recommended. If you’re unable to hike, please contact me and I would love to set up a private tour in a suitable location for you.
If you have any questions, please email Jenine at email@example.com@gmail.com or call (306) 541-5404.
